how do you change the rear main oil seal and how do you change the upper control arms bushings

The rear main requires that you remove the oil pan and seperate the engine and transmission. It is a big job. As far as the control arm bushings, it is just as involved. You need to take apart most of the front end to get to the bushings. I STRONGLY recommend that you get a good repair manual before starting this job.
