1982 Gmc Sprint Caballero Son Had Driven Started Truck Over Month Tried Jump

My son had driven or started the truck for over an month. We tried to jump start, and nothing would happen, so he bought a new battery. The truck has no power at all, no lights, no flashers and no radio. The only thing working is the horn, we figure it out?

check to seeif fusiblelinks at starter are burnt out they can be bought at auto parts store. they can be burnt or broken.
