1982 Datsun 710 vacume

Cranks fine, idles great, when put in gear starves for gas, runs rough, no power. And it is a datsun 720 not listed. Moter was rebuilt in 09. Hasent been driven in 3 yrs.I have changed furl filter, air filter, and checked the vacume lines I see. Capped most off which made it run better. Other then when u put it in gear, am I missing a line somewhere?

It probably needs a carb overhaul or the pump is n't pumping enough fuel to it.
