brakes overheating

1982 CHEVROLET CUSTOM DELUXE

I have a 1982 custom deluxe. The brakes keep overheating and almost locking up. I have changed master cylinder, brake lines, calipers,brake pads with nothing helping. Help!!

Might want to check the brake booster pushrod adjustment

When tires are off the ground, can you spin them freely by hand without resistance?
