I have a 1982 BMW 320i manual transmission. I have a crunch in the gears when switching gears. The problem is worst when the car is cold. I recently replaced the entire clutch system and took the car to a reputable transmission shop and they said there are no problems. I need help, I am not sure what the problem is? What could the problem be?

Reputable? The transmission might be made less crunchy with Redline gear oil.
