What is causing the rear seal in my transmission to keep breaking?

I had the transmission rebuilt, the drive shaft rebuilt and a new yoke installed to prevent excessive movement from breaking the rear seal. A few days later, the rear seal is broken again and the transmission is leaking. What is causing the rear seal to keep breaking?

Tranny mount, or out of balance driveshaft.
