Our "old lady" is in pristine condition but recently developed a problem when the master cylinder went and had to be replaced. Unfortunately the car now shudders on take off in reverse and 1st gears.
When depressing the clutch it feels "soft" as it nears the floor board.
Can you help?

First of all the brake master was replaced and then the clutch master about 3 weeks later.
