Everytime I hit the brakes my fuse for the brake lights blow. I have replaced the bulbs and checked for wire exposure. I have even changed the sensor on the brake pedal. I am still having this problem what is the cause and how can I fix it.

Make sure there are no broken wires leading to the back also check to see if there are any shorts to t/s switch as it goes through that.

SORTA THE SAME ANSWER

START BY REPLACING THE FUSE

UNPLUG BOTH REAR LIGHT ASSEMBLIES COMPLETLY

HIT YOUR BRAKE PEDAL

DID THE FUSE BLOW?

NO?

PLUG IN EACH ASSEMBLY ONE AT A TIME AND DO THE SAME TEST-CHECK THE FUSE!

MANY TIMES THE SOCKETS THEMSELVES WEAR/ BREAK/ WIRES FRAY/ PEOPLE CRAMMING IN THE INCORRECT BULB/ THIS MIGHT BE THE SHORT INSIDE ONE OF THE ASSEMBLIES AND SAVE YOU SOME TIME FROM TRACING ALL OF THE WIRES

KEEP US POSTED ON PROGRESS
