My distibutor cap moves 1/4" or more when its clipped on. Distributor doesnt move. Is that ok? Seems wrong. Had engine fire and replaced distributor and coil and Im not sure they are the rite ones. Got em used from a guy said he knew everything. Ran gr8 for awhile! Got plug wire set for my specific vehicle and couldnt use the coil wire as it wouldnt fit on the coil. Now I wonder is that the rite coil?? Does it matter? Starts then runs very bad. 1980 Fullsized Bronco 351W.....may b 351M....not sure. Help!!!

cap movement is normal.
