I have a 1980cadi and I have fuel going to the intake but the engine wont fire I think the injectors aint firing but not sure

Make sure the fuel pressure is within spec. Check to make sure you are getting a hot blue snapping spark. If both are good, check for an injector pulse. You can used a noid light to check them. Most parts stores will lend or rent you the light.

Check the injecter fuse it may have a shorted harness. Ussally where the wires hook through the valve body. They sell the harness at the dealer if you cant find one anywhere. Youll need to use connecters they have shrink wrap on them. You crimp them on then melt the ends with a lighter to seal the connection. They come with the connecter.

First pour fuel in the intake and see if it fires first.
