I have a 1979 Cutlass Hurst Olds 350/350 gas. Stock it comes with speedo cable threw firewall to cruise control transducer in then seperate cable out to transmisson. To bypass cruise all together, what application must I search for? I do not want to purchase transducer/servo. How do I get the cluster cable connect to lower speedo cable? HMMM!

ony thing you can do here unless the speedo is electronic is to get a cable off of a cutlass that doesn't have cruise and see if it works. we don't have access to the earlier model cars.......

russell, did you ever put a new speedo cable on your H/O? I also have a '79 H/O, and am doing my research now to do the same thing. Marcus
