i heard a grinding sound from the differential everytime i travel. how can i repair this. My car is mitsubishi galant 79 model.

If this is the diff, the transmission will have to come out and the diff removed and repaired by a specialist, this is a precise set up and if you get it just a little bit wrong you will do some serious damage.
