1979 Dodge Truck Parked Shut Off Returned Would Turn Over Ignition Switch

I parked my truck and shut off when I returned the truck would not turn over with the ignition switch. The headlamps, radio, and heater do not work either. The only electrical working are the emergency flashers. I have checked the fuseable link and have power to the firewall.

check for voltage to the ignition switch to verify the failure
