1979 Chevrolet Truck Chevy K20 Pickup Heater Doesnt Blow Ve Replaced Core

I have a 1979 chevy k20 pickup and my heater doesnt blow and I've replaced the core and looked the apperatus over and all seems to function and you can hear it blowing but nothing comes out. any ideas?

nothing comes out??? means a blend door is not working to direct the air out the appropriate vents. check for vacuum to the control head from the engine.

there is no vacuum head no air cond., all three doors seem to work fine . although I can hear the blower nothing changes no matter where any of the doors are.is it possible that I have the wrong squirlle cage on the motor?
