Cam timing on a 78 450 SLC?
Have #1 on TDC and cam on passenger side on the timing mark on the cam Tower, what now for cam on driver's side, no marks to align to, will keep playing until motor turns over by hand gently without jammng. Suggestions would certainly be appreciated.

Make sure the piston on No.1 is on TDC compression stroke not on exhaust stroke otherwise its 180deg off- then realign all timing marks on the cam and crank before you put on the belt/chain
