Brake sticks slighty when cluth is pressed. Also getting water in the back sliding window. Could that be the drain?

Water leaks due to bad weather strips are common for old vehicle.

Check the pedals and note if the support bracket for the brake and clutch are faulty causing the brake to be depressed when the clutch is operated.
