1978 GMC Truck engine noise

After engine is warm, it makes a clicking noise while driving only. Will not do it out of gear even while revving the engine. Also, yesterday it started making an intermittent squealing like a bearing going out. Again only while driving

If its only while the vehicle is in being driven (in motion). Then I would first check the u-joints in the drive shaft. After that check your brakes, wheel bearings, and rear end.
