why is my 1978 350 not oiling fully on the passanger side of the motor

i changed pushrods and rockerarms and the passanger side of the motor is not oiling the same as the driver side. i also adjusted the valves on passanger side.

you could have them to tight, loosen them up take out all play with the valves closed or tdc for each cylinder and then after taking the play out where you can still turn the pushrods go down 1 turn.
