Oops! Made a silly mistake! I've known for years that my car is not suited to E10 fuel, but whilst on holiday after a long drive to a country town, I foolishly added 36 liters of this fuel type to my carburetor classic...yikes! It only has a 50 liter tank, so still had about 14 liters of premium unleaded in it. I also added 50ml of valve saver additive ( Flash Lube), as I usually do with each fill...
So, I've read that it could really stuff things up, so am wondering if this once-off incident will cause major calamity? Will I make it home in one piece?
Should I perhaps keep adding about 10 liters every 100 kms to dilute the ethanol component even more, or should I simply symphony it out altogether?
Thanks in advance for your invaluable assistance..
