1977 Oldsmobile Delta 88 77 88 Headlights Wont Come On Tail Light Unless Hit

I have a 77 delta 88. My headlights wont come on or tail light unless i hit the brakes. Would i need a headlight switch or is it a fuse problem also my cigarette lighter doesn't work

i would check all fuses with a test light. it sounds like you need a headlight switch but be sure the connector is not burned up.
