where do the vaccum lines from the vaccum modulator hook up on the engine. transmission is a c4 or c6.

There's a black plastic vacuum tree near the center of the firewall. If the old modulator valve was leaking fluid into the vacuum line, replace the rubber caps on that tree and any of the vacuum lines that are soft and mushy.
