My Chevy c10 has a wiring problem. I have brake lights but no running lights, and also I have no dash lights. But when I turn on my brights the little brights emblem lights up. Any ideas on what could be wrong?

The high beam indicator isn't related to the running lights, but the dash lights are. Those tap off the running light circuit so if the running lights don't work, the dash lights wont either. Start by checking for a blown fuse, and if they're okay, suspect a bad head light switch or an overheated terminal in its connector.
