Engine Running Rough and stalls

i have an 1977 chevy pickup with a 383 stroker motor it runs fine until i put it into gear then it deis. i have checked for vacuum leaks and can not find any ive even turned the ideal up to 1300 it still dies when put into gear any idea what might be cause?

Low fuel pressure. Insufficient carburetor jetting. Improperly set bowl float. Timing off.
