how do i fix electrical problems in my 77' cadillac?

only cruise control, half of the rear defog and high beams are working. The power windows, locks, power seats, radio, rear defog, and horn do not work.

Check and test all the fuses, circuit breakers and relays for power going in and out to include the ignition switch-start here
