Leaving work, I noticed my passenger side tire was flat to the ground. Checked my spare & drove it to put air because that tire was flat also. My question is..because i drove the car while that tire was flat to the ground..could that have effected my new front end work & allignment?? Since then my car has slightly leaned to the right. & still driving it that way kan it make it worse??plzz I need an answer.

You should be OK as long as you did not hit anything.

If all you got was a flat tire and you did not hit a curb or something REALLY hard (bent/broke a component). Just getting a flat will not damage the suspension.

A flat tire will not hurt anything as far as what you described. It can destroy the tire itself if it is totally flat, but unless you hit something, everything else should be fine.
