I have a 1977 Mercedes Benz 450 SL, changed the chain tensioners time, we do not know which are the marks of the crankshaft and the camshaft chain to install again.
Place the chain having the piston in position number 1 above, but the engine does not work well, do not know which are the brands or the position of the crankshaft, with reference to the two camshafts.
Apply for this position for reassembly, is now without cover distribution and I can see and manipulate the chain

My reference material doesn't go back that far for MB vehicles. Usually, the marks you're looking for are either triangles or circles with a dot in the center of them.
