1976 Jaguar Xj6 wiring is all chewed up and corroded

I bought a 76 jag xj6l it starts and abruptly starts i believe that it is the fuel filter hopefully not the one in the tank but am unable to find the inline fuel filter (there should be two I'm assuming due to the duel gas tanks) could you direct me to where to look also the wiring is all chewed up and corroded and I will soon be manually replacing nearly all of it if you could direct me to where to find free schematics and wiring diagrams would be fantastic.
