dear gentelmen, my f350 will not allow me to rotate the crank with a 3/4 ratchet past the 360 degree rotation in either clockwise of counterclockwith direction.
please advise me on possible reasons.
it all started with i ran low on trans fluid & sub pulled it up a hill to the house.
i added trans fluid but the starter got locked up & so i pulled the starter replaced the "hot" bat cable & tried to hand crank to make sure all was clear.
