dear gentelmen, my f350 will not allow me to rotate the crank with a 3/4 ratchet past the 360 degree rotation in either clockwise of counterclockwith direction.
please advise me on possible reasons.
it all started with i ran low on trans fluid & sub pulled it up a hill to the house.
i added trans fluid but the starter got locked up & so i pulled the starter replaced the "hot" bat cable & tried to hand crank to make sure all was clear.
any advise will be appreciated............................ thanks, herb litaker

if it doesnot turn, then there is an internal issue with the motor. something has failed internally
