1976 Chevrolet Malibu 76 Malibu Just Replaced Steering Column Hooked Everything

i have a 76 malibu. I just replaced the steering column and hooked everything up. I am only getting the electic stuff inside the car, radio, gauges etc. But it woln't start and i replaced the nuetral saftey switch and still nothing.

Check the adjustment of the ignition switch. The rod from the cylinder probably isn't pushing it far enough.
