1975 Volkswagen Beetle Hi Had Steering Rod Replaced Car Because Shutters Hit

Hi, I have had the steering rod replaced in my car because it shutters when I hit 70k/h but it still does it..... It stops as soon as I go 75k/h. What else could be causing this?

The inner control arm bushings are bad.
