1975 Plymouth Volare 75 Front End Under Old Pickup Lower Ride Hieght Torsion

I have a 75 volare front end under my old pickup and when I lower the ride hieght the torsion bars move out of the seated position. Is it dangerous to operate the vehicle like this?

they shold stay in seat. check to see if there is rust and broken
