What is, or isn't it doing??? At this point i'd say....the ground cable & the battery !

ok nothing is coming on i already got a new battery and the positive and negative battery cables but its still not working

I gotta ask............what smoked besides the ground cable & battery ?
I'm drawing a blank here, because the only harm that could have happened would have been a fried ground cable !
