Spark plug leads how they run to the distribitor and from the engine of a nissian 120Y

The car runs like it stragles to take off then all of a sudden it takes of normal this happens between every gear. Feels like it a heap of fuel going through.

just wonted to now how the spark plug leads should run from the motor to the distribitor

I don't have info that far back. If the car starts to run good after take off, the plugs wires are correct. Check to make sure the carb (accellerator pump) is working. If it isn't, that would cause the accelleration problem.

Jacob is right. With the engine off, move the throttle linkage as if accelerating the engine. Look down the carburetor throat. You should see a spray of fuel.
