1975 Buick Electra 455 hp increase

how to increase hp from 205 in the 1975 to 350 in the 1970. checked internal parts #'s and they and they appear to be the same. Same block same crank, piston's and cam.

the 1970 probably has higher compression 1975 was a smog year so the compression was probably lowered as well as the heads may have more cc's to them.
