fuel tank rust

I need technical assistance.I have a Mercedes Benz 350 1974.Vin NUMBER 11602862020760. MY problem is the fuel tank is rusting inside. Is there any other fuel tank from other Mercedes Benz that can fit in my car. please provide me with this information i would be appreciated.

That is odd for them to rust from the inside. See if you can get a replacement made of plastic. I'm not sure if they make one for this vehicle, but they do make them. Also, fuel tank repair companies can coat the inside of the tank with at coating to prevent rust.
