1974 Dodge Custom What Part is this!!?

those had a large rounded bend at that point because the line goes between the engine and alternator if it's a V8

Is there any specific name for that, because mine is stuck in there too tough, tried using PB blaster to get it loosened up and that didn't work.

if you are replacing the pump use a line wrench to get on the fuel line then hold the other with a wrench it should break away like that. if you are replacing the and it's damaged then it really doesn't matter if you break the old pump or not. It's just a fuel line an dnot that hard to do or replace the line for that matter. I have no idea what you are trying to do.

Well the problem was that I could not get the outlet pipe off the old pump after removing the pump. The new pump did not come with one. And I have tried and tried to get that little pipe off the pump but cannot.

it's probably soldered or welded to theold pump. if the pump you got just has two nipples then put a hose on it and cut the fuel line to connect. I imagine you can always take it back for the correct one if you dont' want to do that. most of them I looked at at rock auto were like the old ones with the fitting attached. course it was a coronet and I know a dart didn't come with a 400 in it stock.
