I'M NOT SURE EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE ASKING

MY '77 HAD THE SAME HEATER AS THE PRE-'76

THIS IS THE DRAIN DRAIN ON MY '77 (NOW)---ACTUALLY I INSTALLED A 1982 HEATER IN MINE, THE DEFROST BLOWS 20 TIMES BETTER AND IT HAS THE FRESH AIR VENTS WHICH REALLY BLOW SOME AIR BETWEEN THE DRIVER'S LEGS AND ON THE PASSENGER SIDE

WHILE I HAD MY HEATER IN LIMBO, I DID SOME VERY TEDIOUS MEASURING AND CUT PORTS IN THE REAR OF THE HEATER AND ON THE FIREWALL---TO REMOVE MY HEATER CORE AND BLOWER MOTOR ALL I HAVE TO DO IS REMOVE THE BATTERY TRAY AND 2 COVERS

MY LAST PIC IS A REMOTE SECONDARY HEATER I MADE USING A FORD HEATER CORE AND A CHEVY BLOWER MOTOR AND SQUIRREL CAGE FAN---AFTER GETTING OUT OF RANGER SCHOOL WINTER CLASS IN 1984, I VOWED TO NEVER BE COLD AGAIN---YOU WILL ALSO FIND 2 PAIR OF SOCKS, AND A MINIMUM OF 2 COATS IN EACH OF MY VEHICLES

LET ME KNOW ANYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW "CJ", I MAY CAN HELP, I HAVE NEVER OWNED ANYTHING ELSE AS A PRIMARY DRIVER--PRESENTLY ON #6 JEEP 1977 CJ5 "MR. JEEP" ALONG W/#7 JEEP 1946 WILLYS "WILLY"

I HAVE LOTS OF PICS AND MANUALS
