Hi, I was looking on the internet and all the other power wagons can fit 33/12.50 tires without a lift. When mine are under full compression they rub. The springs have a negative arch when just sitting. Are these springs sagging?

You can't go by what they look like. Visit any tire and alignment shop and ask them to show you their book that shows where to measure ride height and what it should be. Suspension and alignment specialists get pretty picky about correcting ride height before they do an alignment because we know that even when the alignment numbers are good, there will be abnormal tire wear when ride height isn't as designed.
