sould i cut out center ports on new paper 455 intake gaskets

replacing my stock intake w/ allum. intake and new paper gaskets have one less hole in center of head than old valey pan gasket

You should be able to do it as long as there is enough room around the area.

It souldn't as long as it doesn't cut into something other than just for the stud. We normally only recommend direct fit parts because it is hard to tell what may happen when we aren't there.

No need to cut allum intake does not need exhaust gas pass through as cast does it will heat up cutting out intake will get to hot and can cause gas to boil in carb
