Just rebuilt a 351 Windsor in it, it cranks fine, fuel pressure normal, when I try to start it, I have to press the throttle all the way for it to try to start, it will start for a few seconds then die, it runs extremely rich and will not sustain itself, I've adjusted the carb and turned the distrubutor, it helped some as to keeping it running longer but still won't stay running, any ideas?

It sounds like you have carburetor issues of some kind. You could have a float problem causing it to flood. Fuel pressure could be too high. When you shut it off, immediately look straight down the throat of the carb and look doe ay dripping fuel or smoke to indicate leaking fuel inside. Check to see if the engine oil is getting diluted with fuel also.
