I have 80model calibers and 5 lugs disk brakes on the truck and I was wonder if the coil springs would also fit

they may if you measure them howevrer the problem lies in spring weights, it may put he turck up in the air or down check with ana auto parts they may have a tlisting that tells what years go where. or with a truck that old you might try eaton spring and see if they have an online catalog
