the heater/ac controls not not work. The blower motor does not come on even on high. All the connection have been made, the fuse is good, there are no shorts on the wires. Wher does the heater esistor cable connect to?

the resistor is on the heater box under the hood although that will only control the lower speeds High has a relay for that. which may be underhood by heater box. try putting power directly to the blower and see if it runs it may be bad. also there should be a ground wire connected to blower screw. One other thing make sure there is a woven ground cable from body to valve cover normally on the passenger side. pic is of blower relay.
