I've got a 1969 mustang mach 1, it has a 390 with a 4speed. When I got the car it had a automatic trans in it. I need to know what kind of flywheel or flexplate and size would fit, along with a whole clutch kit. I'm trying to keep my budge down and not really looking to race just have fun and cruise.

you'll lneed to match the flywheel with the engine.and it needs to be for a manual trans. Make sure end of crankshaft can take either a bushing or bearing for manual trans, some can't
