Steering whell has to be removed. Turn signal switch removed and the lock pin for the cylinder will be exposed.

Removed all that, plus the 2 black plates, removed the screws for the top half of the steering column that houses the ignition swith. But the gears are holding the column piece that has the switch in it. Can't remove the switch.

Switch is down below on the column. It is held by 2 little screws and there is a rod that comes up to the cylinder
