I want power steering and four wheel disc brakes?

I'm restoring a 1968 Chevy step side truck and I want power steering and four wheel disc brakes.the thing I'm hearing the new rage is using a Rolling chassis from a 1996 Chevy caprice what do u know about this. Please help
