Neutral Safety Switch Problem

I had my 67 transmission rebuilt (c4) after the install I find it won't start sometimes in park, nothing. but if I put pressure on the shifter (pushing up slightly) while in park it will start. does not do this all the time but more than not. Linkage seems ok.

adjust the neutral saftey switch. is is mounted on elongated holes.
