Blower motor only high speed

I have a 67 Chevy Caprice with the confatron system. I can only get the high speed portion of my blower to work, how do I get the other speeds to work?

Replace blower motor resistor.

Ok, that is what I was thinking as well. However, I have had no luck in finding a resistor for my system. I have gone to all of the local stores, but they cannot even order one, any advise?
