New rebuilt 383 engine. Replaced the radiator, all new hoses, new thermostat, new water pump, new heads and head gaskets. Car will idle all day long at 190 degrees but as soon as I drive it down the road it jumps to 230 degrees and burb through the over flow and through the radiator. With the cap off radiator the coolant circulates great. Has a nice flow and it has a heater inside car. What do you think my problem is? Can you help?
