replace rubber mounts for the engine

The rubber mounts for the engine that are inside the transmission tunnel need to be replace, any idea how to do this with our removing the floor of the car, and need to be replaced?

Check that the top of the transmission tunnel comes off, the triumph spitfire is like that..... otherwise on a hoist and lots of paitences.
